The "CF/QF Series" is a vacuum furnace widely used for quenching and sintering of tool steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, as well as for brazing and solution treatment. By combining standardized vestibules (gas quenching chambers), heating chambers, and oil quenching chambers, it is possible to select a furnace configuration suitable for the material being processed and the processing purpose. This series includes the "CF type," which is dedicated to gas cooling; the "QF type," which allows for both gas cooling and oil quenching in one chamber; the "CF-Q type," which processes gas cooling and oil quenching in separate chambers; the "CF-C type," which is a straight-through type dedicated to gas cooling; and the "QF-C type," which is a straight-through type that accommodates both gas cooling and oil quenching. 【Features】 ■ Widely used for tool steel, alloy steel, brazing, solution treatment, etc. ■ Ability to select a furnace configuration suitable for the material being processed and the processing purpose. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
